1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Screen Ruler Online (the "Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this Service.

The Service provides an online, on-screen ruler for measurement purposes. It is intended to be a helpful tool, but its accuracy depends on correct calibration by the user and the specifications of the user's display. The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE." We assume no responsibility for the timeliness, accuracy, deletion, or failure to store any user settings.
3. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for correctly calibrating the ruler to ensure measurement accuracy. We are not responsible for any errors or damages resulting from inaccurate measurements. You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or any purpose prohibited under this clause.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We expressly disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We make no warranty that the Service will meet your requirements or that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
5. Limitation of Liability
You expressly understand and agree that we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses resulting from the use or the inability to use the Service.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Screen Ruler Online and its licensors.
7. Changes to the Agreement
We reserve the right to modify these terms from time to time at our sole discretion. Therefore, you should review this page periodically. Your continued use of the Service after any such change constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
8. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the owner of Screen Ruler Online operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
